Demo Process Quick Card
Pre-flight Checklist (Verify before starting Demo)
- Battery is fully charged.
- Robot is in suspended state.
- Body red emergency stop button is popped up (not pressed).
- Router is connected to the internet; computer is connected to router Wi‑Fi: SSID: PndAdam, Password: PND-Adam.
- Boot Process is completed.
Emergency Power Off (Priority Action)
- Controller:
- Press LB + RB keys (actuator power off)
- Press LT + B keys (enter damping mode)
- Body: Press red emergency stop button
Demo Startup
- Press home key to turn on controller. After controller indicator lights up steadily, automatic connection is complete.
- Long-press controller start key for 5 seconds. Observe actuator Ethernet status light flashing green rapidly, indicating successful demo startup. Press controller A key to return to zero, then proceed with demo operations.
Demo Basic Operations (Controller Quick Reference)
- A: Return to Zero (return to initial posture)
- X: Stand Mode
- Y: Walk Mode
- Left stick up/down: Forward/Backward speed
- Right stick left/right: Turning
- Left D-pad horizontal axis: Lateral movement
- RB: Walk/Run mode toggle / Trigger single action in Stand Mode

Demo Exit
- Ensure robot is stationary in standing pose and suspension rope is tightened. Press controller LT + B keys to stop action and enter damping mode.
- Raise suspension rope so robot's feet leave the ground.
- Press controller LT + RT keys to exit control program.
Actuator Power Off (Recommended for short periods of no operation)
Press controller LB + RB keys. Actuator indicator turning off indicates successful actuator power-off.
One-Key Shutdown (Recommended for extended periods of no operation)
Access PAC Interface and click Shutdown
Key LED Indicators (Quick Identification)
- Actuator Indicator: Purple slow flash = Actuator powered and normal
- Actuator Ethernet Light:
- Green steady = Upper and lower actuators connected normally
- Green rapid flash = Demo running
- Red = Error (requires actuator restart or check)
- NUC Indicator:
- Orange steady = NUC startup successful
- Green flashing = NUC and RCU communication successful
Quick Troubleshooting (3-Step Method)
- Check physical and network: Battery level, emergency stop, actuator/Ethernet LEDs, computer connected to PndAdam.
- Restart in order: Turn off actuators → Wait 3 seconds → Repower → Retry selected startup method.
- If still failing: Screenshot/photo of PAC or LEDs, copy terminal error output, report using Support template below.
