Demo Process Quick Card

Pre-flight Checklist (Verify before starting Demo)

  • Battery is fully charged.
  • Robot is in suspended state.
  • Body red emergency stop button is popped up (not pressed).
  • Router is connected to the internet; computer is connected to router Wi‑Fi: SSID: PndAdam, Password: PND-Adam.
  • Boot Process is completed.

Emergency Power Off (Priority Action)

  • Controller:
    1. Press LB + RB keys (actuator power off)
    2. Press LT + B keys (enter damping mode)
  • Body: Press red emergency stop button

Demo Startup

  1. Press home key to turn on controller. After controller indicator lights up steadily, automatic connection is complete.
  2. Long-press controller start key for 5 seconds. Observe actuator Ethernet status light flashing green rapidly, indicating successful demo startup. Press controller A key to return to zero, then proceed with demo operations.

Demo Basic Operations (Controller Quick Reference)

  • X: Stand Mode
  • Y: Walk Mode
  • Left stick up/down: Forward/Backward speed
  • Right stick left/right: Turning
  • Left D-pad horizontal axis: Lateral movement
  • RB: Walk/Run mode toggle / Trigger single action in Stand Mode

See details in Demo Operation

Demo Exit

  1. Ensure robot is stationary in standing pose and suspension rope is tightened. Press controller LT + B keys to stop action and enter damping mode.
  2. Raise suspension rope so robot's feet leave the ground.
  3. Press controller LT + RT keys to exit control program.

Access PAC Interface and click Shutdown

Key LED Indicators (Quick Identification)

  • Actuator Indicator: Purple slow flash = Actuator powered and normal
  • Actuator Ethernet Light:
    • Green steady = Upper and lower actuators connected normally
    • Green rapid flash = Demo running
    • Red = Error (requires actuator restart or check)
  • NUC Indicator:
    • Orange steady = NUC startup successful
    • Green flashing = NUC and RCU communication successful

Quick Troubleshooting (3-Step Method)

  1. Check physical and network: Battery level, emergency stop, actuator/Ethernet LEDs, computer connected to PndAdam.
  2. Restart in order: Turn off actuators → Wait 3 seconds → Repower → Retry selected startup method.
  3. If still failing: Screenshot/photo of PAC or LEDs, copy terminal error output, report using Support template below.
